Function was created by Guy Littlejohn after being frustrated about the peer group and event options open to him as a business owner. He wanted to put people before business so combined learnings from his first business, commercial consultancy Facets, with his new passion - health, fitness and wellness. After scaling Facets, Guy saw the need for a founder-first, values-driven community.
